Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Scorio. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

Scorio provides an AI-readiness assessment, an AI-readiness score and suggested career “pivot paths”, an AI coaching assistant (“ORA”), and learning guidance for IT and tech professionals.

Scorio is an informational and educational tool. It is not professional career, financial, legal, or employment advice.

• Your score, pivot paths, and any salary figures are estimates based on the information you provide and aggregate market data — they are role-level market references, not personal promises.
• We do not guarantee any job, salary, promotion, admission, or other outcome.
• You are responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

ORA’s responses are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Treat them as suggestions, verify anything important independently, and do not rely on them as a substitute for professional advice. Free accounts include a limited number of ORA messages; paid plans may include more.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Some features require a paid plan. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay); by paying, you also agree to their terms. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. [Insert refund / cancellation policy.] We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; attempt to access it in unauthorised ways; scrape, copy, or resell its content; submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or use ORA to generate prohibited content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service, including its software, content, branding, and the Scorio and ORA marks, is owned by Itohba and protected by law. You retain ownership of the information you submit; you grant us a licence to process it to operate and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Scorio relies on third-party providers (e.g. hosting, AI, payments) and may link to third-party content. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites, which are governed by their own terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Itohba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Itohba harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using Scorio and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
